I try to point out any flaws, so please ask any questions before purchasing. 

In good condition.  Paper is discolored and brittle.  Various stray pencil marks throughout, including calculations on the cover.  Upper corner is bent.  Top edge of spine is torn.  Essentially, magazine has just been folded in half, with nothing to keep the pages from being removed or falling out.
