1940s dress in navy synthetic crepe de chine with olive silk crepe de chine accents Emerald green chainstich embroidery under black soutache. Olive crepe at waist could be used as shallow pockets, but I think they're more for decoration. Puffed shoulder sleeves and belt loops at the waist.
