Unless specified, items have not been cleaned.  I try to point out any flaws, so please ask any questions before purchasing. 

In good condition.  Metal seems softer, as there are numerous small dents, none of which mar the decoration.  Mother of pearl is chipped at one corner.  Seams are visible. Circular hook at top of pendant is most likely a newer addition, as it has discolored much like cheaper copper or brass jewelry, unlike the rest of the piece.  Good condition for its age.
