Afternoon Dress

Navy blue silk with green trim.  Silk is decorated with a series of parallel marks at irregular intervals.  Floral lace runs up the front of dress to a high lace collar.  Elbow length sleeves with black lace to cuff.  Large bow at back of waist with tassled bottoms.  V-neck lace decoration at the back of neck.
